BitLocker is a built-in Drive encryption system Protection feature that Microsoft included with select editions of Windows. It is designed to protect data by providing encryption for entire volumes.

But I figured that, for such a thing, it would make more sense to use a native Windows app. I think Microsoft is making a big mistake with this. Why would they exclude such a large part of their customers? It’s security we’re talking about.
